Neighborhood Goes High End
Developers are transforming a Kennebunk neighborhood known
as ‘Sinking Acres.
In 2004 Mainebiz honored Diane Doyle as one of ten “Next List” winners. The “Next List” was created to spotlight community members positively shaping Maine’s future.

“……Diane Doyle, developer of the Ferry Landing project, donated an eight-acre parcel of land across which the Ferry Landing Trail traverses, as well as $25,000 toward the construction of the trail. The Trail, she said, is a wonderful asset for the neighbors.”
