About Doyle Enterprises

Doyle Enterprises began in 1996 as a small-scale renovation and general contracting business. Since its founding the company has grown steadily in size and scope and is now well established as a quality developer and general contractor.

In 2000, Doyle Enterprises took an important step forward by undertaking the Ferry Landing subdivision project in Saco, Maine. This ambitious project, that included building 28 houses on a large 19 acre lot, not only set Doyle Enterprises in the new direction of real estate development, but also defined the character of Doyle Enterprises as a responsible and innovative development company. Rather than packing the maximum number of houses on one to two acre lots, Diane’s Ferry Landing project broke from the industry norm by clustering the development onto the front 11 acres.

The remaining land was then donated, complete with trails, to Saco Bay Trails. The project was an overwhelming success, not only with the satisfied customers that enjoy the developments intimate feel, but also with the community of Saco as a whole. For the last 15 years Doyle Enterprises has designed and built/re-built over 50 custom homes from Cape Elizabeth to Kennebunkport. Using contemporary building materials and following the latest building techniques, our homes are as beautiful as they are energy efficient.

Diane Doyle

Founder

Diane Doyle is the proud founder and president of Doyle Enterprises. She started the company almost 30 years ago with the purchase of one house, which she renovated and sold. She then began renovating more homes until she started designing and developing her own sub-divisions – the first one being Ferry Landing in Saco, ME.

She went on to build other developments and eventually found that her niche was building family homes along the southern Maine seacoast.

Since then she has built many new home and renovations all along the southern Maine seacoast – from Kennebunkport to Cape Elizabeth and beyond.

She now runs the company with her Daughters who are helping take what she built into the next generation.

Emma Binnie

Project Manager

Emma Binnie got her start in communications and media, she quickly found a role as a Project Manager in multiple digital marketing companies helping design and develop websites and marketing plans. She then took her Project Management skills and found that they could be easily applied to the deign and building of homes which she had been surrounded with her whole life, growing up with her mom as a builder.

She now focuses on the early development stages of projects – talking to customers about what they are looking to achieve with their new structures, communicating with architects and engineers, getting the proper permits and applications filled out. She then works with our talented ground of subcontractors to set up scheduling and make sure that projects stay on time and our customers stay informed.

She also wears the additional hat of our bookkeeper.

Adah Binnie

Account Manager – Customer Relations

Adah started her career off as a jack of all trades but after Covid she found herself self settling into a role in Doyle Enterprises that seems to suit and highlight all of her best skillsets.

She is a natural people person and thus became the company’s client account manager. She makes sure that our customer’s feel supported and informed while helping them make important decisions about interior finishes and design elements of their home – from flooring, paint colors, tile and beyond, she is there to help make sure that each element is decided on in time without making our customers ever feel overwhelmed.

She also manages some of our smaller renovation projects and hopes to come day expand the services Doyle Enterprises provides to include Interior Design.
